It is unsealed only because Rudy autographed it. The sleeve has actually come apart, the adhesive appears to have disintegrated. Funny thing is, there is no damage, it's a perfect separation, no tears. Have included an additional picture of separated sleeve. Includes the poster, which I have never even opened.
